Item Variation
	All items are handmade and therefore lend themselves to minor variations and imperfections. Please understand these variations are inevitable and make your handbag unique.

Shipping

In stock orders typically ship within two (2) business days of receiving your order. Custom orders typically are shipped within 14 days the order is placed. Express service might be available for an addition charge. Please e-mail me for details and availability.   If you live in the Twin Cities area, I will be happy to reimburse your shipping charge if you want to pick up your order in person. Please e-mail me to discuss pick-up possibilities.   Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will normally arrive within2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping
	All orders shipped outside of the United States will pay actual shipping charges. A $6.50 flat fee is charged at the time of the order and the balance is charged separately after the customer has approved the full shipping amount. Customer will be contacted via e-mail with the shipping total for final approval. International orders will not be shipped until customer has approved shipping costs.

Payment Options
	If you would like to pay by check or money order, please e-mail me and we can arrange payment other than PayPal. If you live in the Twin Cities area, you may also pay with cash if you are planning to pick up your order in person.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. I will not disclose your personal information to other organizations or individuals except when required by law. I never share or sell my mailing lists. KD Handbags will only use your personal information to fill your order or communicate directly with you. Occasionally, I might contact you via e-mail with announcements of new products from KD Handbags. You may opt out of further mailings by replying to the message with the word “remove” in the subject line.

Return Policy
	In-stock items may be returned in new condition within 10 days of purchase for exchange or a full refund less shipping costs. Custom-made items are not returnable. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not accept any items returned without an RAN. Please e-mail me for an RAN prior to sending any returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
